1. All members of the Chamberlain Fans Yahoo Group must have a Yahoo Profile (created during the membership registration).

All members of the ChamberlainFans group have access to the Members Only section of the groups own website (www.chamberlainfans.net)

Members may from time to time at the discretion of the Group Moderators be required to confirm or re-affirm membership.

4. Members wishing to leave the group can do so at any time by visiting the Yahoo group homepage and editing their membership or by sending an unsubscribe e-mail to the group.
5. Member email addresses will be deleted on leaving the group.
6. The Chamberlainfans.net website and the Chamberlain Fans Yahoo Group exist to discuss the career of Richard Chamberlain and to promote discussion of Richard Chamberlain projects, personal meetings and to support fundraising ideas for Charities supported or endorsed by Richard Chamberlain.
7. Within the Chamberlain Fans Yahoo Group message postings, all topics not directly relating to Richard and work must be clearly indicated by including ‘OFF TOPIC' in the subject heading of the post.
8. Members agree to be contacted through Special Notices postings by the Group Moderators to inform them of group activities and news. This includes members who have opted to register with a ‘No Email' status and will be at the Moderators discretion.
9. Email addresses and other contact details for members are private and confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party by the group moderators under any circumstances.
10. The submission of photographs and/or written material, assigns permission to moderators to edit and/or publish those articles on either www.chamberlainfans.net or the ChamberlainFans Yahoo Group.
11. The moderators reserve the right to edit any posting to the group which they deem to be of an unsuitable content.
12. Membership may be suspended or cancelled for inappropriate activity within either or both websites under the discretion of the Group Moderators.
